- Art for the card should be two-dimensional on paper that does not exceed 8.5 by 11 inches. The art will be scanned to a file and printed so avoid metallic elements.
- The Imagery should not be overtly religious and the language used should be "Season's Greetings" or "Happy Holidays" or something similar as their membership comes from a number of religious groups and traditions.
- The recipient and the recipient's teacher will receive a plaque commemorating the occasion during the organizations annual convention on November 17 at the Hilton Baton Rouge Center.
