Our 5th graders did not get the opportunity to perform Peter Pan, which would have been their 5th grade musical, and the culmination of their years at BRCVPA. Ms. deSilva was not going to let that stop them from creating a piece to be remembered and shared for years to come! BRCVPA presents our 5th graders in their vocal performance of Neverland! Thank you all for a fantastic school year. We hope you all enjoy your summer break. Here's a picture of Cahlani and her sister enjoying a Tasty Tuesday Treat!!
Send pictures of your summer fun to chartley@ebrschools.org or shebert1@ebrschools.org to be featured on the blog! Ms. Berry created a wonderful slideshow celebrating her 3rd graders and their achievements throughout the year! Congratulations, 3rd graders! We are so proud of you!!
Have a great summer! You are now officially 4th graders! Happy official last day of school! Though our year didn't end quite the way we wanted, we have been thinking of each and every one of you! We want you to know that we love and miss you and we hope you have a FANTASTIC summer!
See you next year! Since we were unable to have our Annual BRCVPA Art Show in person this year, Ms. Adkinson created this precious virtual art show, featuring all of your Peter Pan inspired pieces. Thanks to all students who submitted art for the BRCVPA Virtual Art Show, and to Ms. Adkinson for keeping Art, Trust, and Pixie Dust alive during quarantine!
Louisiana has been approved for the new Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) program. This program will provide extra help buying groceries for the families of the more than 600,000 children who normally receive free and reduced-price meals at school.
Eligible families who complete an online application will be issued a P-EBT debit card by DCFS to access benefits. The P-EBT card will function like a standard EBT card, and the same guidelines will apply.
