BRCVPA will issue school devices to students in need. Please complete the EBR Techology Survey to help us make this an efficient process.
Please note: when filling out the survey, select Baton Rouge Center for Visual and Performing Arts, your child's grade level for the 2020-2021 school year, and begin typing their name. A green box should pop up stating that the student has been matched. YOU DO NOT NEED YOUR STUDENT ID# OR STUDENT USERNAME. Once you get the "student matched" message, you can proceed to the next section of the survey. Please click the document below which was released by the EBR Parish Schools District Office this morning. As you have probably heard, EBRPSS will be 100% Virtual until after Labor Day.
The start of school has been pushed back from August 6 to August 10 to allow more time for a thoughtful rollout of devices, training, and information. We know you have questions! We are currently working to make smart decisions to make BRCVPA Virtual Learning successful and user-friendly. We will communicate with you as soon as our school plan is finalized. If you have any concerns, questions, or suggestions, please fill out our contact us form below. Thank you for being partners with us as we move into unknown territory. The district has made a decision. Parents will have the opportunity to choose between a 100% Virtual Option or a Hybrid Option, which includes face-to-face instruction 2 days/week, and virtual instruction 3 days/week. Please click below to complete this survey, as it will help us plan for students' return on August 6th. We appreciate your time and feedback!
