Tax Plan Survey

Dear Parents, Guardians, and EBR Community Members,

Please take some time to complete the survey below. The purpose of the survey is to acquire input from the community prior to shaping plans for the upcoming tax renewal in April 2018. This is your chance to give input into how your taxes will be spent over the next 10 years. It is very important that your voices are heard, especially if you want the school district to build BRCVPA a new school. :-) Together, I believe we can make it happen!

The survey closes on Thursday, October 5th.

Student Artists for Peace, an exhibit of Louisiana student art, including BRCVPA Talented Art students, and literary works describing world peace and what it means to them.

Life Cycle of a Butterfly!

Pre-kindergarten students at BRCVPA are studying the life cycle of butterflies and were able to witness the transformation from caterpillar to adult butterfly right in their classroom. What a magical experience to witness these incredible moments live!

STEAM & Music Integration!

The fifth graders have been exploring different STEAM materials during their library time. Aaron R. is using Makey Makey to turn everyday objects that are conductive into piano keys. Donovan T. jumped in to add a beat to Aaron's tune. Great things are happening at your library!

Monsters Love Colors

Final Day to order Club t-shirt is Friday, September 22. Please send size and fee ($10.00) to club sponsor.
If your child is in a performing group (Choristers, Band, WBRC, JJG, Broadway Kids, Rec.&Per., Dance Troupe, Orchestra,), club shirts are mandatory. Students wear their club shirts during performance times (performing groups) as well as competition times (Scrabble, STEAM). This is the only time we will order shirts. #TeamBRCVPA

Early Dismissal & Extended Day

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is an early dismissal day. Students will dismiss at 12:45 pm.

This time is earlier than last year! Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up from school in carpool or on the bus.

Extended Day services will still be provided for participating students until 5:30 p.m.

BRCVPA Needs Subs!

Did you know that you could become a substitute in EBR, but CHOOSE to only substitute here at BRCVPA? You can!

We have phenomenal teachers that do their best to come to work every single day, but things happen, and sometimes even teachers get sick! Teachers also attend district workshops and conferences that provide training and development, and allow them to provide the best possible education for your children.

If you are interested in being a substitute at BRCVPA, click the flyer below for more information! The next substitute orientation is October 5th from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Child Nutrition Program building on North Sherwood Forest.
