Next week all face-to-face students come back and we can't measure our excitement! Here are a few calendar reminders:
Each week students continue to have the opportunity to earn Class Battle tickets for their homeroom based on engagement, behavior, and performance in their arts block classrooms. Music is such an important part of our day here at BRCVPA! Take a look inside our music classrooms, and hear what our students have to say about Ms. deSilva and Mr. Fuller! As you may have noticed, some of the apps at the bottom of the Chromebook have disappeared. This is because Google has been phasing them out and not providing updates or support for them. We have been telling the students not to use these apps because they are broken, and to only use Google Chrome to access Google Classroom and Google Meet. Please make sure that your student opens the Chrome browser, visits classroom.google.com, and accesses his or her classes from there. Thank you!  It's Virtual Magnet Showcase Week! We can't wait to see our students walking around in their new shirts!  While we have to wait until Spring for Southern Football, LSU has it's first home game this Saturday against Mississippi State. To celebrate, we will have a free dress day tomorrow for all students, faculty, and staff! Wear LSU, Southern, or your favorite college team's colors to school, whether you are coming in person, or participating virtually. If you are participating virtually, please share pictures with chartley@ebrschools.org so we can share them on the blog.   The Spanish Class resumes next week!
Returning students please check-email for class placement or contact us at thespanishclass@thespanishclass.com. See you in class! Gracias  Beginning October 5th, parents have two options for their students enrolled in EBRPSS:
1. 100% Virtual: Students will attend school virtually only. Students choosing this option will not attend school in-person during the remainder of the first semester (ending December 18th). 2. Face-to-Face: Students will attend school face-to-face Monday- Friday each week. Please complete this survey no later than Sunday, September 27th. Accurate numbers are important to facilitate planning for a safe return to school for all face-to-face students, faculty, and staff.
