StemFest in New Orleans!
Amaris and his family enjoyed a day of fun in New Orleans at STEMFest. Check out some of these great pictures of Amaris enjoying his day!
Participants learned by doing at a Saturday workshop at BRCVPA, "From the Page to the Stage" where together, with expert guidance from our clinicians, Kelly Stomps and Lisa Blaney, Participants took children's literature books and turned them into one-of-a-kind musical presentations. From each of the different books teachers were taught to create tableaus, ostinatos and how to turn words and pictures into sound. Teachers even got to visit a local bookstore to adapt their new purchases into a processed lesson plan.
Happy Birthday Ms. Prescott!
