Drive-Thru Device & Supply Pick-up

Parents/Guardians,
Just a reminder, our drive-through device and supply kit pickup will be Thursday, August 6th for students whose last name begins with A-K & Friday, August 7th for students whose last name begins with L-Z from 10:00-2:00. Below is a list of next steps and reminders to make things go as smoothly as possible:

• Please be patient! :-) Acadian Thruway is currently under construction and only one lane is open each way. Be prepared for delays. Everyone will enter through the circle driveway and will only be able to turn right on S. Acadian as you exit the parking lot.
• Please display a sign with your child’s first name, last name, and grade level in the front windshield of your vehicle when you arrive. 
• Please be reminded that only students that completed the Technology survey will receive a device. There is a 24-48 hour delay in processing the survey results. So if you complete the survey Thursday or Friday, your devices will not be ready for pick-up until next week.If you have not completed the survey, CLICK HERE. 
• If you would like to purchase BRCVPA Spirit Shirts, they are $10.00 each. Please bring a check made out to BRCVPA or exact change. When you arrive, tell us the sizes and colors and we will pull them for you and bring them out to your car. If you have ordered spirit shirts online, we will have those orders ready when you arrive.
• The following will be distributed:
  • Devices for students who completed the Technology Survey by noon on Wednesday 8/5. 
  • School Supply Kits for students who purchased them from 1stDaySupplies.com
  • Science and Social Studies workbooks at all grade levels K-5
  • Wordly Wise workbooks for grades 2-5
  • ……..and more! 

Note: Additional pick-up days for workbooks will be scheduled as the district ships items to the school site.
