FIrst Day of School!

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!! Tomorrow is the first day of school for all students in grades 1-5, kindergarten girls, and 1/3 of our pre-k students. We are delighted with the turnout we had at Open House today. The teachers were excited that so many of you came out to meet them, and they loved seeing their former students, too. It was also great being able to welcome so many new people to our Baton Rouge Center Family.
We know tomorrow is going to be a great

Just a few reminders: 

• All students must be dropped off in the carpool line, unless they are bus riders or registered for early a.m. extended day. 
• Very Important: Please send a handwritten note, or email, to your child's teacher letting them know how your child is getting home. 
• Dismissal begins at 3:15 (buses) and 3:25 (car-riders). Please be patient the first two weeks, it takes time for us to ensure all our students arrives and dismisses safely. 
• Carpool tags must be clearly visible. This ensures the lines moves at the quickest rate possible. 
• Uniforms: Students must wear navy bottoms, tennis shoes, and a maroon polo or BRCVPA spirit shirt. 
• Please check out the blog throughout the day to see pictures of kids having the best first day of school. Who knows, your child could be featured! :-)
