After 20 years of wigs, costumes, props, and fun the in the classroom at BRCVPA, Ms. Laura Zaloudek is retiring!
She has had quite a career and is a beloved member of our BRCVPA family. Two of her eight (yes, you read that right) children attended BRCVPA, and all of them have volunteered here in some way or the other over the years. She has not only a teacher, but mentor, mother, and grandmother figure to so many!
Ms. Ruble and Ms. James actually served as paraprofessionals in her classroom years ago!
Ms. Laura is looking forward to spending her retirement playing with her 5 grandkids, going to the movies at Perkins Rowe, and attending LSU gymnastics and womens basketball events.
However, do not fear! If you miss her, you can always visit her at the Knock Knock Museum, where she will be working part time.
All of us at BRCVPA want to wish Ms. Laura a VERY happy, relaxing, and well-deserved retirement! She will be greatly missed!
