CARPOOL PROCEDURES
There is only one entrance into the BRCVPA parking lot. This means that we cannot allow cars to sit or park in the circle driveway until carpool begins at 8:00 a.m. for arrival, and 3:20 p.m. for dismissal. DO NOT ARRIVE PRIOR TO 8:00 AM FOR MORNING CARPOOL, AND PRIOR TO 3:20 PM FOR AFTERNOON CARPOOL. PARENT/GUARDIAN VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. The entrance needs to remain open for Extended Day parents to drop off their children, and for Faculty, Staff, and Buses to enter the parking lot. Please note that any carpool cars trying to enter the circle drive before carpool begins will be asked to exit and return after carpool begins.

(Even if you use the app and your name has already been entered, we will need the carpool tag to be present in the window until your child is loaded so we can locate your car to load your child.
